Hospitality

Your waiters are busy. iCall takes the table request

At peak times, nobody can answer the phone while serving a full dining room. Some guests choose another restaurant. Others cannot tell you about an allergy or a birthday. The assistant records table requests, party size, time and special requests, then passes them to your team to confirm.

Service keeps moving while reservation requests are recorded

FAQ

Will the assistant give allergy advice?

No. The assistant passes allergy notes to the kitchen but does not say whether a dish is safe to eat. You provide the menu information.

Can it cancel a table reservation?

No. The assistant records the cancellation request and your team confirms it.
