You look after sales. iCall handles the calls

A sales assistant serves the customer and the phone at the same time, and most calls ask the same things: what it costs, whether a size is in, when new stock arrives. The assistant answers product and return questions, records the request and brings in your team member when needed.

FAQ

Will the assistant see real stock levels?

No. The assistant does not check live stock at the moment: it answers from the data you provided and will not state an exact stock count. We check a connection to the store’s system on request, case by case.

Can it explain the return policy?

Yes, based on your document. In an exceptional case, the assistant records the request and your team member makes the decision.

What happens if the assistant does not know the answer?

The assistant tells the customer so directly, notes the number and the question, and passes them to your team member under the agreed rule. At the agreed time, a person gets back to the customer.
