What to know up front
- One active phone call per company. Inbound and outbound share this limit, and more channels can be added on request and are priced separately
- Telephony is not in the package price: it is charged separately at the actual tariff
- Monthly minutes do not roll over to the next month
- Only the account owner can enable extra minutes and set the monthly limit
7-day trial
7 days and 60 minutes, with no card. Introduce your business to the assistant and our team connects your number: the trial starts at your first test call from your phone and is given once per phone number. It ends after 7 days or 60 minutes, whichever comes first. We do not ask for a card, so nothing is charged automatically, and to continue we agree on a package together.
Example: 1,200 minutes a month
The Business package includes 1,000 minutes. If you enable extra minutes, 1,200 minutes cost 399 + 200 × 0.40 = 479 ₾, excluding telephony and VAT. Without extra minutes the price stays 399 ₾.
How you pay
There is no online payment yet. The first customers receive an agreed proposal and an invoice.
How minutes are counted
One shared balance
Inbound and outbound AI conversations use the same package. You do not need two separate packages.
Only connected conversations count
AI time starts when the conversation begins and stops when it ends. It is measured in seconds.
Unanswered calls use no AI minutes
If no one answers or the call only rings, no AI minutes are used.
Time with a person does not count as AI minutes
For now the assistant ends the call itself and leaves the request for your team. Time spent talking to a person does not count as AI minutes.

One-time setup

Preparing, testing and launching the assistant for your business: one scenario family, setting up your materials, a team notification channel and an initial test. Large knowledge sets and new integrations are priced separately.
Telephony
At the provider's rate
The actual tariff for the number and the calls, shown separately for inbound and outbound.
Custom CRM or database integration
Quoted per project
Calendar, CRM or your own system. Each connection is priced separately, if you need it.
KCall live operators

Optional, agreed separately. Live transfer of a call is not switched on yet and is planned.
