Surveys

One call after the visit to hear what the customer thinks

A survey is designed for one satisfaction score from 1 to 5 after a visit. A survey call is an outbound call, so it is not switched on yet and will be enabled for your business on request.

Trial: 7 days and 60 minutes, with no card. It starts at your first test call from your phone

An unhappy customer often leaves in silence

  • Few people fill in a form

Only a small share answers an SMS link or an online form, and mostly the people who loved it or hated it.

  • Nobody sees the unhappy ones

Three days later the bad impression is a public comment. One phone call could have fixed it.

  • Calling by hand takes time

After every visit the front desk either never gets to the call or loses too much time on it.

What we agree before a survey is switched on

  1. Step 1

    Template

On request we set up the CSAT survey: one question, with an answer from 1 to 5. We tailor the wording to your business.

  2. Step 2

    Calling time

On request we set how many hours after the visit it calls, and the hours when it never calls, for example from 21:00 to 09:00.

  3. Step 3

    Who follows up

We agree who calls the customer back when the score is low, on request.

One survey today, more planned

The available survey is one score question. NPS and an open follow-up question are planned.

  • CSAT: satisfaction

Designed around one question: how satisfied are you with today's visit? The answer runs from 1 to 5.

  • NPS and an open question: planned

NPS (0 to 10) and an open follow-up question are planned. They are not available yet.

What a survey is for

The goal is not the score. The goal is not to lose an unhappy customer.

  • Noticing a low score

A survey is designed to put an unhappy customer in front of your team for review.

  • Outbound call rules

A survey is an outbound call, so it is switched on on request and follows the same calling hours and do-not-call rules as campaigns.

Call → Action → Evidence

An illustrative survey call. The clinic and the data are fictional.

  1. Call

A call two hours after the visit

Hello, I am the AI assistant of the Ciskari clinic. One question: from 1 to 5, how satisfied are you with today's visit?

Outbound call, survey switched on on request

  2. Action

The answer becomes a score and a task

    • The answer becomes a score: 2 / 5
    • The transcript is on the call page
    • A low score goes to the team for review
  3. Evidence

What a result could look like

    Score
    2 / 5
    Status
    Unresolved

    Transcript on the call page
