Campaigns and reminders

Outbound calls, only by your rules

For now iCall answers calls. Outbound calls are not switched on yet and will be enabled for your business on request. Once on, they work like this: appointment reminders, order confirmations and callbacks. You set the list, the calling hours and the opt-out rule, and iCall checks them before every single call.

Trial: 7 days and 60 minutes, with no card. It starts at your first test call from your phone

Even a useful call can become unwelcome

  • Reminders eat your time

Confirmation calls take hours and someone still does not show up. An empty slot is lost revenue.

  • Calls at the wrong hour

A call early in the morning or late in the evening annoys people. Calling hours must be a rule, not luck.

  • No means no

Someone who asked not to be called again must not be called again, even while a campaign is still running.

How outbound calls will be switched on

  1. Step 1

    Agree the goal

We work out which calls you want: appointment reminders, order confirmations or callbacks.

  2. Step 2

    Set the rules

Days, hours, number of attempts and budget. Also where the list came from and the basis on which you call.

  3. Step 3

Switch on in a limited way

We switch outbound calls on for your business separately and start with a limited number of calls.

The rules for outbound calls

These are the starting defaults. We change them together with you, but the default side is the safe side.

  • Calling hours

The starting window is Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 Tbilisi time. We adjust days and hours together with you.

  • Consent and basis

When you hand over a list you state where the numbers came from and the basis on which you call. Unlimited cold calling to unknown numbers is not the default product.

  • Do-not-call list

The opt-out list updates immediately and is checked both when a call is queued and right before it is dialled.

  • Attempt limits

At most 2 attempts per number to start with, and at least 60 minutes between them. After a refusal, a wrong number or an unclear result we do not blindly redial.

Where it is used

Calls where a person's time is needed somewhere else.

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations

Clinics, salons, car services: the caller confirms, reschedules or cancels. The result is kept in the call data.

  • Order and delivery confirmations

Shops, couriers, online stores: confirming the address and the time.

  • Callbacks and surveys

Whoever asked for a callback gets an answer. One score question after a visit is also possible; see Surveys.

The outcome is recorded exactly

Reaching someone and completing the task are not the same thing, so we count them separately.

  • No answer

    What it means
Nobody picked up. This spends no AI minutes.
  • Busy

    What it means
The line was busy. The retry rule decides what happens next.
  • Connected

    What it means
Someone answered. That alone does not mean the task was done.
  • Confirmed

    What it means
The caller confirmed the appointment or the order.
  • Change requested

    What it means
    The caller wants another time.
  • Person requested

    What it means
The caller wants to talk to a person. Your team is told.
  • Opted out

    What it means
The number goes onto the do-not-call list automatically.
  • Technical error

    What it means
The call could not be placed. We never redial blindly.

Call → Action → Evidence

An illustrative reminder call, from the list to the outcome. The clinic is fictional.

  1. Call

iCall calls on behalf of the clinic

Hello, I am the AI assistant of the Ciskari clinic. You have an appointment tomorrow at 11:30. Does that time still work?

    Outbound call, reminder campaign

  2. Action

    The call follows the rules

    • The number was not on the do-not-call list and the call fell inside the allowed hours
    • The caller confirmed the appointment
    • The outcome was recorded: confirmed
    • The number is not called again in this campaign
  3. Evidence

    How the call is recorded

    Status
    Confirmed
    Attempt
    1 of 2
    Time
19 Oct, 14:10, inside the allowed window
    Do-not-call check
    Passed before dialling
