Your team looks after clients, iCall looks after bookings

Calls often come in while a stylist is with a client, so bookings and reschedules are either late or lost. The assistant clarifies the service and looks for the requested stylist, if that is the salon’s rule.

The client asks for a time, the stylist keeps working

FAQ

Does the assistant choose the stylist itself?

No. If a client asks for a particular stylist, the assistant records that stylist’s name in the request. If no stylist is named, it passes the request to the salon.

What if a client has an allergy?

The assistant records the allergy as a note and passes it to the stylist. It makes no medical assessment and gives no advice on products.

Can it cancel a booked time?

No. The assistant records the cancellation request and the salon confirms.
