Phone lines and SIP
Keep your number. iCall answers it
No new number, no carrier switch. Forward your existing number, connect a carrier's SIP trunk or plug in your office PBX. Every connection is tested with you before a single real call goes through.
Trial: 7 days and 60 minutes, with no card. It starts at your first test call from your phone

The phone is the hardest part of any AI rollout
Your number is already everywhere
It is on business cards, on your website and on the map. Changing it means losing customers who still dial the old one.
Some services lock you to one carrier
When a new system needs its own number or one specific carrier, moving in is costly and moving out is worse.
Your office already runs a PBX
Extensions and routing rules are tuned and working. A new system should plug into them, not break them.
How iCall joins your line
Step 1
Choose how we connect
Forward your existing number, add a SIP trunk or link your office PBX. We pick a ready template for your carrier.
Step 2
Test it together
A test inbound call. If a connection fails, we find the reason together, for example: the IP address is not allowed.
Step 3
Go live on real calls
We agree working hours and how your team is notified first, then switch on. You can turn forwarding off at any time and calls go straight back to your phone.
Four ways to connect
Every option is tested the same way before go-live.
- Fastest
Forward your existing number
Turn on call forwarding at your carrier and keep the number. Callers notice no difference.
A SIP trunk from any carrier
We add the trunk details (registration or IP authorisation) together. The contract stays between you and your carrier.
Your office PBX
Asterisk, FreePBX and similar systems: iCall joins as a standard SIP connection. Extensions and routing stay in your PBX.
A new number
No number yet? We choose the carrier and the number together, and show the telephony cost as its own line in your offer.
What we check before go-live
We switch a line to real calls only after it passes the check.
Line status
The line registers and the IP address is allowed.
Test call
We run a test inbound call and go live only after it passes.
Channels and working hours
The number of simultaneous calls and your working hours are agreed up front.
Call → Action → Evidence
One call, from the line to the result. The example uses a fictional clinic.
- Call
A patient dials the clinic's old number
Hello, I would like to see a doctor tomorrow
The call is forwarded from the carrier to iCall
- Action
The call lands on the right line
- The line hands the call to the assistant
- The assistant introduces itself as an AI assistant
- If needed, the call is transferred to an extension
- Evidence
What the workspace shows
- Direction
- Inbound
- Time
- 19 Oct, 14:05
- Duration
- 02:41
- Where
- Call list
ExampleDemo data: a fictional clinic and number. Calls on real lines appear in the same list.
